These terms apply to orders placed through this website, which is operated by Tightent (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Details of the operator are on the Company information page.
1. Our products are made to order
Almost every product in this shop is made to order and printed with each customer’s own design. They are not ready-made stock items, so we start production only once you have approved the artwork and we have received a deposit of at least 50% of the order total. Both conditions must be met before production starts. The balance is paid before delivery.
2. Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer only. Our account details are shown on the order confirmation page and in the confirmation e-mail we send you.
After transferring, please send the transfer slip together with your order number to our LINE Official Account. Your order does not move on to artwork until we have received proof of payment.
If we have not received payment within 3 working days, our team will follow up with you on LINE. Orders are not cancelled automatically.
3. Artwork and approval
Please send your logo or artwork (Ai, PDF or high-resolution PNG) to our LINE Official Account with your order number. Our design team designs it for you free of charge and always sends you a proof before production.
You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, trademarks, images and text you send us to print.
4. Production time and delivery
Production time is counted from the day both conditions are met: you have approved the artwork and paid a deposit of at least 50% (from whichever of the two comes later), not from the order date.
- Standard products - produced in 5–7 working days
- All inflatable products - produced in 15–18 working days
- Made-to-measure backdrops - produced in 10 working days
- Star tents - produced in 10–15 working days
Delivery takes a further 1–3 days after production is complete. This is separate from the production times above.
5. Prices
Prices shown on product pages are per piece or per set, as stated. Some items, such as flag fabric cut to size and made-to-measure backdrops, have no fixed price - send us the size you need on LINE for a quotation.
For large orders (more than 100 pieces per item), please ask for a price on LINE.
6. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel your order by letting us know on LINE before you approve the artwork. Once the artwork is approved and a deposit of at least 50% is paid, the job goes straight into production. Our returns and claims conditions are on the Returns and claims page.
