This policy explains what information this website collects about you, why, for how long, and how you can ask us to delete it. It is written from what this website actually does, not from a template.

1. When you place an order
We keep your name, delivery address, e-mail and phone number and the details of your order, so that we can make and deliver your products, issue receipts and contact you about your order. The legal basis is the performance of the contract you make with us, and our legal tax obligations.
Order information is stored in this website’s database. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by tax law.
We do not accept card payments and do not store any card details. Payment is made by bank transfer directly from your bank to ours.
2. When you use the contact form
What you enter in the form - your name, how to reach you and your message - is saved in this website’s database and forwarded to us by e-mail so that we can answer you. The legal basis is what is necessary to act on your request.
Messages from the form are kept for 24 months and then deleted. If you would like yours deleted sooner, let us know at the e-mail address above.
3. When you message us on LINE
Our LINE Official Account is our main channel, used for quotes, sending artwork and sending transfer slips. Conversations and files sent on LINE are held on LINE’s systems and are covered by LINE’s privacy policy, not ours. We see and keep only what you send in your chat with us.
Transfer slips contain your account details. We use them only to confirm your payment and do not pass them on to anyone.
4. Cookies and measurement
This website uses three kinds of cookies.
- Essential cookies - make the cart and checkout work. They need no consent, because the website cannot work without them.
- Measurement cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) - tell us which pages are viewed and how many times the LINE buttons are pressed. They run from the first page you open until you press “Reject all”.
- Marketing cookies (Google Ads and Meta Pixel via Google Tag Manager) - used to measure our advertising and to show you ads that match your interests on Google and Facebook/Instagram. They run from the first page you open. If you press “Reject all”, they stop from the next page onwards.
You can switch them off at any time - press “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Reject all”. We remember your choice for 12 months. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
5. Who we share data with
- Couriers - your name, address and phone number, only as far as needed to deliver your order
- Our web hosting and e-mail providers - as data processors acting on our instructions
- Google - website usage data and data from measurement and advertising cookies, from the first page you open until you press “Reject all”
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - page view data from the Meta Pixel, to measure and show ads, from the first page you open until you press “Reject all”
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete and restrict the use of your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent.
Send your request to tightent.co@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Please note that we cannot delete accounting documents that tax law requires us to keep before that period ends.
