Inflate once and it lasts the whole event - in our own tests the tubes held their shape for more than 24 hours without topping up, and the pump does not need to stay connected during the event.

The whole structure is sealed TPU air tubes, Φ20–30 cm - unlike most inflatables, it does not need constant blowing. Inflate it once with the electric pump supplied in the kit, in under 10 minutes with two people, then close the valves and remove the pump. It is secured to the ground with the pegs and guy lines supplied in the kit.

Does it need to stay plugged in for the whole event?
No. The air tubes are sealed, so you inflate once and remove the pump. Unlike air dancers, which need power the whole time.
How long does the air hold?
In our own tests, it holds for more than 24 hours without topping up, which comfortably covers a full day’s event.
How many people does it take to set up, and how long?
Two people is enough. Inflation takes under 10 minutes, then peg it down with the pegs supplied in the kit.
Does the price include the printing?
Yes. The listed price includes the full-coverage canopy print, and we design it for free, always sending a proof before production.
How many days does production take?
Production takes 15–18 working days, counted from the day the artwork is approved and the deposit is paid. You can order from 1 tent, with no minimum.
Do the accessories fit every size?
Yes, every size. The front awning, walls and connecting panel fit all 4 inflatable tent sizes, and if you order them later they still fit the tent you already have.
How high does the ceiling need to be to set it up indoors?
The height from the floor to the top of the tent is approx. 2.5 m - an average figure, to use as a guide when checking the height of a room or hall before the event.
