Is it hard to assemble? Can one person do it alone?
Very easy! No tools of any kind (Tool-Free): just open the frame > place the top > attach the magnetic graphic. The whole process takes under 5 minutes, and one person can assemble it comfortably.
Can it be used outdoors? Can it get wet?
Yes! This counter uses outdoor-grade materials: an aluminium frame that does not rust, and a print on rigid PVC (Rigid PVC) panel that is 100% waterproof and can be wiped and washed. It will not go soggy like paper.
How much weight can it hold? Can I put heavy products on it?
The top holds about 20-25 kg (a laptop, a lucky-draw box or product samples). The 2 inner shelves hold about 10 kg each.
What is the artwork size? Do you offer design?
The print size is 213 x 85 cm (including the curved sides). If you have print-ready files, just send them; or if you would like us to design it, our professional graphics team can help (free basic artwork layout).
Do you deliver outside Bangkok? Will it arrive undamaged?
We deliver nationwide. The counter is packed in a heavy-duty waterproof Oxford bag with protective padding and shipped with leading private couriers. Production takes 5–7 working days, counted from the day the artwork is approved and the deposit is paid. Delivery then takes another 1–3 days.
Can you issue a tax invoice?
Yes. TIGHTENT is a properly registered business and can issue a full tax invoice (Full Tax Invoice) to corporate and company customers. Just give us the details when you order.
