How to set up a professional backdrop
Save time and labour with a frame you assemble yourself, no tools needed. It takes about 2-3 minutes: open the frame → fit the fabric → ready to use.

Strong frame, easy setupPurpose-built for events
We use a thick-gauge aluminium frame designed specifically as a backdrop frame. It is light yet takes high tension, so the fabric stays tight and smooth throughout your event.
Easy setup with colour matchingMatch the colours (green to green) and press to lock. The Click-Lock system needs no tools.
Flat steel base plateA flat, weighted steel base that sits flush with the floor: very stable and out of the way of foot traffic.
Heavy-duty Oxford bagEvery part fits into one bag that goes easily into a saloon car boot (included free with the set).
The key to a great-looking backdrop is “print quality” and “the fabric”. We use an extra-heavy polyester (260g) that gives vivid colour, does not reflect camera flash and stands up to real use.
Dye-sublimation printHeat-transfer sublimation printing: the ink penetrates deep into the fabric. Washable, ironable, durable and does not peel easily.
Scratch-resistantThe fabric is highly elastic and resists tension and scratches, so it does not tear easily.
Large, extra-strong zipEasy to fit with a heavy-duty, large-tooth zip that runs smoothly and locks the fabric tight and true to the frame.

Is it hard to set up? Can one person assemble it alone?
It is very easy. The Click-Lock system simply clicks together with no tools, and colour markers clearly show each connection point. One person can assemble it alone in about 2-3 minutes.
How long does production take? Is there a rush service?
Production normally takes 5-7 working days after the artwork is confirmed. Delivery time is not included. If you need it urgently, just tell our team on LINE: we offer a Rush Order service.
If I already own a frame, can I order just a new printed fabric?
Yes. Our aluminium frame is strong, durable and built for long reuse. Existing customers can order a fabric-only reprint (Fabric Reprint) with a new design and simply swap it on, which saves a lot of budget.
What files should I prepare? Is design free?
We recommend .AI or .PDF (vector) files for the sharpest result. If you do not have artwork yet, we offer free design: just send your logo and the text you want to our team.
